Mutual fund investing, explained plainly.

H2 Investment is a mutual fund distributor in India. We help you understand your options, start a SIP or place a lump sum, and keep your portfolio under review — with no in-house product of our own to push.

No jargon, no pressure, no hype. We will tell you when doing nothing is the sensible option.

  • No in-house product
  • SIP-first for new investors
  • Portfolio review for lump-sum investors
  • KYC guidance via KRA
  • Five years distributing mutual funds
  • More than 200 families served
  • Over ₹10 crore invested through us

Figures as at August 2026.

What we do

Three ways we help

We are a distributor, not a fund manager. We do not run schemes and we never hold your money — your investment sits with the fund house, in your name.

Our process

How working with us actually goes

The steps, no surprises. You can stop at any point.

A conversation

What you are investing for, how long you have, and how you would feel if the value fell for a year. Nothing is sold on this call.

Options, side by side

We put suitable scheme categories in front of you and explain the trade-offs in plain language — including cost and risk.

Paperwork and KYC

We guide you through KYC with a KRA and the scheme application. You transact directly with the fund house.

Review, on a schedule

A periodic check-in on whether the plan still fits your life. Most reviews end with no change, and that is a good outcome.

Why H2

Not tied to any one fund house

Five years, more than 200 families, over ₹10 crore invested through us, as at August 2026. That is the record. The reason to work with H2, though, is structural.

Some distributors can only offer you the schemes their own group manufactures. We are not tied to any asset management company and we have no product of our own, which means the conversation is about what suits you rather than about what we happen to have on the shelf.

We earn distribution commission from the fund house whose scheme you invest in. We say so openly, we explain how it works before you invest, and we set it out in our disclosures.

More about how we are set up

What we are not

  • Not an asset management company. We do not create or manage schemes.
  • Not a custodian. Your units are held in your own name with the fund house or in your demat account.
  • Not a source of personalised investment advice in our published material — for that, talk to us or to a SEBI-registered investment adviser.
  • Not in the business of predicting markets. Nobody on this site will tell you what the market does next year.

Common questions

Questions people ask us first

Do you hold my money?

No. Your money goes from your bank account to the fund house, and the units are held in your name. We facilitate and service the transaction as a distributor. We never take custody of client funds.

What does it cost me to invest through you?

You do not pay us a fee directly. We are paid distribution commission by the asset management company whose scheme you invest in, out of the scheme's expense ratio. We will explain the arrangement for any scheme before you invest. See our disclosures.

Which fund houses can I invest in through H2?

We are not tied to any single fund house and we have no product of our own. We do not publish a fixed list here because the roster changes — ask us about a specific scheme and we will tell you straight away. Every fund house whose schemes appear in AMFI’s daily file is listed on our NAV lookup.

I have never invested before. Is that a problem?

Not at all — it is most of what we do. We will walk you through KYC with a KRA, explain what you are buying before you buy it, and start you at an amount you can sustain. Begin with what a mutual fund is.

Can you tell me which scheme will perform best?

No, and neither can anyone else. Past performance does not indicate future results. We can explain what a scheme invests in, what risks it carries and what it costs, so that you can make an informed decision.
