Risk disclaimer

Mutual fund investments are subject to market risks. Read all scheme related documents carefully.

The value of a mutual fund investment can go down as well as up. You may get back less than you invested. There is no assurance or guarantee that the objective of any scheme will be achieved. Past performance does not indicate future results and should not be taken as an indication of what a scheme will do in future.

Different scheme categories carry different risks, including market risk, credit risk, interest-rate risk, liquidity risk and concentration risk. The Scheme Information Document sets out the risks specific to each scheme.

What H2 Investment is

H2 Investment is a mutual fund distributor registered with the Association of Mutual Funds in India (AMFI) under ARN-200996.

  • We are not an asset management company. We do not create, launch, run or manage any mutual fund scheme.
  • We are not a SEBI-registered investment adviser and do not provide personalised investment advice.
  • We are not a portfolio manager and do not offer portfolio management services, alternative investment funds or any discretionary service.
  • We are not a custodian. We do not hold client funds or securities. Your money moves from your bank account to the scheme, and units are allotted in your name.

Registration details: ARN-200996. ARN valid until 30 January 2028. EUIN: E400532.

Registration with AMFI, and the regulatory oversight of SEBI over the mutual fund industry, do not amount to any assurance of performance or any protection against loss.

How we are paid

We do not charge you a separate fee for distribution. We are paid trail commission by the asset management company whose scheme you invest in. That commission is paid out of the scheme’s expense ratio, which means it is already reflected in the NAV you see.

Because of this, the regular plan of a scheme has a higher expense ratio than the direct plan of the same scheme. Investing through a distributor therefore costs more than investing directly, and that difference compounds over time. The exact figures for any scheme are stated in its Scheme Information Document.

Commission rates differ between fund houses, between categories and between schemes. That creates a potential conflict of interest. We will disclose the commission arrangement applicable to any scheme before you invest in it, and you may ask us for it at any time.

About the content on this site

Everything published on this site is general information and education. It does not take account of your objectives, financial situation or needs, and it is not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any scheme.

We do not name individual schemes in published material, we do not rank or rate schemes, and we do not publish performance figures. Any figure produced by a calculator on this site is arithmetic applied to assumptions that you entered, and is not a forecast or a promise.

Tax treatment depends on your individual circumstances and may change. Confirm your position with a qualified tax adviser before acting.

Third parties

We distribute schemes of asset management companies registered with AMFI in India. We are not owned by, tied to, or acting as agent for any single fund house.

Trademarks, names and logos of asset management companies belong to those companies. We do not display them on this site.

Grievance redressal

If you are unhappy with anything we have done, use this order.

Step 1 — tell us. Email info@h2investment.in with "complaint" in the subject line, or use the contact form and choose "a complaint". Include your folio number if you have one and what you would like done. We acknowledge within [[complaint acknowledgement time — to be confirmed]] and aim to resolve within [[complaint resolution time — to be confirmed]].

Step 2 — escalate inside H2. Grievance officer: [[Grievance officer name, email and phone — to be supplied]].

Step 3 — the fund house. If the complaint concerns a scheme, a transaction or a folio, the asset management company and its registrar have their own investor grievance process, published on their websites.

Step 4 — AMFI. Complaints about the conduct of an AMFI-registered distributor can be raised with the Association of Mutual Funds in India, quoting our ARN.

Step 5 — SEBI. Investor complaints can be lodged on the SEBI SCORES portal at scores.sebi.gov.in. The SEBI online dispute resolution mechanism (SMART ODR) may also be available depending on the nature of the dispute.

Things we will never do

So that an impersonation attempt is easy to spot:

  • We will never ask you for an OTP, a password or a PIN.
  • We will never ask you to transfer money to a personal account, or to any account other than the scheme's own collection account.
  • We will never promise you a rate of return.
  • We will never pressure you to invest before a deadline.

If anyone contacts you claiming to be from H2 Investment and does any of these, it is not us. Tell us at info@h2investment.in.
